The Park Place pond was a good 2 to 3 feet or so higher than normal. It took about 3 or 4 days for it get back down to normal levels. I believe the water on this side of the subcontental divide flows to the Mississippi rather than the Milwaukee River, but I really don't know. It probably flows into the Fox river and from there ultimately all the way to New Orleans. Click here for an interesting article on the subcontinental divide.
